My name is Debbie Campbell and I'm a certified personal trainer. My goal is to encourage a healthy lifestyle by delivering professionally-developed online workout videos directly to you. We do strength training, core workouts, interval training, yoga and much more! Each online workout video is approximately 30 minutes with a warm up and a cool down. I always walk you through the proper moves and form as we work out together!

Absolute Beginners program is a series of online workout videos that focuses on people who have never worked out or have exercise limitations (See Absolute Beginners). Plus, registered dietitian Amy McCallister will join me at the end of some online video workouts with great nutrition tips to help guide you on your new journey.

Library of Workouts is for those who want to choose a specific video workout. If you are more experienced or want to target an area, let’s say upper body, you can go to the Library of Workouts and choose upper body and select from a variety of those specific video workouts.
